Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the AKULT website or channel, you agree to these terms and any applicable platform terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use AKULT on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for it.
The service
AKULT provides a website and a streaming channel on Roku and other platforms. The app is free to download, and some content may be offered for purchase inside the app. Content, features, and availability may vary by platform or location and may change over time.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are handled by the platform through which you purchase, under that platform's terms, billing rules, and refund policy. Contact the relevant platform for billing questions or refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Content ownership and copyright
All shows, trailers, artwork, logos, and text are owned by BAAB or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission, except as permitted by applicable law. You may view content for personal, noncommercial use through authorized service features.
Creators who submit shows keep ownership of their work and grant AKULT permission to review their submissions. If a show is accepted, permission to distribute it will be governed by a separate agreement. Submission alone does not grant distribution rights.
Acceptable use
Do not copy or redistribute content without authorization, scrape the service, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, bypass access restrictions, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Do not submit material that infringes another person's rights or contains malicious code.
Creator submissions
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your work and provide accurate information. Submitting a show does not guarantee placement, acceptance, or a response. Featured Premiere placements are subject to a separate agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAAB disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAAB and its licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using AKULT at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create a security risk, or where required by law. Provisions concerning content ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law continue to apply after termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory laws in your place of residence provide otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
